Who We Are

Marshall joined AAA in 1984 and brings 40 years of experience to his role of President and CEO of AAA Mountain West Group.

He started as an Assistant Manager at AAA Wisconsin and most recently served as President and CEO of AAA National, supporting the federation of AAA clubs and its over 57 million Members. His career also includes positions as Director, Strategic Planning and Research and Vice President, Automotive Services.

Marshall previously served as Director of Marketing and Service Quality at the Automobile Club of New York and Staff Director of Marketing and Member Services at AAA Wisconsin. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Osh began his AAA career in 2012, leveraging experience from pre-IPO startups to multinational corporations.

As Chief Technology Officer, he oversees Information Technology, Cyber Security, and large-scale enterprise projects across AAA Mountain West Group.

Osh previously served as Chief Retail Officer and oversaw our Northern California branch network.

Before joining AAA, he was Chief Information Officer for Sephora USA and Benefit Cosmetics. Osh is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Kamili joined AAA in 2011, with more than two decades of legal experience.

As Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, she oversees AAA Mountain West Group’s Legal, Human Resources, and Learning & Development divisions, while supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership on corporate governance.

Previously, Kamili was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw, specializing in employment law.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Spelman College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Laura brings extensive leadership experience in marketing, sales, and road service to her role as Chief Strategy Officer.

In her current role, she oversees AAA Mountain West Group’s Enterprise Strategy, Public Affairs & Communications, Travel, and Financial Services divisions.

Laura previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of AAA Mountain West Group.

Prior to AAA, Laura held several key leadership positions at Farmers Insurance and Nationwide Insurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University.

Todd began his AAA career in 1996 and has held several key leadership positions at AAA MountainWest and AAA Inc. before joining AAA Mountain West Group in 2015.

As Chief Automotive Officer, he is responsible for the Auto Repair, Road Service, and Corporate Security divisions at AAA Mountain West Group.

Todd served 8 years in the Army before joining AAA.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and a masters in business administration (MBA) from Saint Mary’s College of California

Kristin brings over 20 years of team and organizational culture transformation experience to her role as Chief People & Culture Officer..

Before joining MWG in 2025, she held leadership roles at DecisionWise and AAA Inc.’s national office..

She is certified in change leadership and has earned numerous certifications in change leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and organizational development..

Kristin holds a master’s degree from Washburn University and a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Brigham Young University.

Dustin joined AAA in 2012, bringing extensive financial leadership experience.

As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Accounting, Internal Audit, Controller, and IT divisions.

Dustin previously served in various finance-related vice president roles within AAA Mountain West Group.

Prior to AAA, he held key leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master's in business administration (MBA) from Saint Mary’s College of California, as is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian joined AAA in 2015 with extensive experience in finance, analytics, corporate strategy, business development, and marketing.

As Chief Marketing Officer, he leads the long-term marketing and product direction to drive AAA Mountain West Group’s revenue growth across its core businesses.

Brian previously served as Senior Vice President, Insurance Marketing, and Senior Vice President, Operations Strategy within the organization.

Prior to AAA, he held key leadership roles at Indigo, Sears Canada, and Canadian Tire Corporation.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Dalhousie University, a master’s of business administration (MBA) from Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and has completed Stanford University’s executive marketing program.

John began his AAA career in 2008, bringing decades of automotive industry experience.

As the Executive Vice President, Auto Repair, he leads AAA Mountain West Group’s auto repair business, including acquisitions, retrofits, and new builds of auto repair locations.

John previously held several key automotive and fleet leadership roles at AAA Arizona.

Prior to AAA, he owned his own automotive company.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Arizona State University.

As Chief Sales Officer, Shawn leads the AAA branch network and call center sales teams.

Shawn has held several key leadership roles at AAA Mountain West Group, including Regional Sales Director and Vice President, Chief Call Center Officer.

Prior to AAA, he held leadership roles at Bank of America.

Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the BC Lions.

Dan joined AAA in 2008, bringing extensive leadership experience and a passion for road service.

As the Executive Vice President, Road Service, he ensures AAA’s road service continues to deliver exceptional Member value.

Dan has held several key leadership roles at AAA Mountain West Group, including Vice President, California Branch Operations and Senior Vice President, Road Service.
