JOB SUMMARY
Our Principal Business & Financial Analyst, Strategy position supports the definition of business strategies and objectives through data-driven analysis, planning, and developing high quality strategic documents. Operate with a high degree of independence with in depth knowledge of the business areas supported.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategic Plans: Translate business context, performance, objectives, and analysis into compelling presentations and reports used to inform internal executives and the Board of Directors on key enterprise strategies, updates and recommendations.
Data and Financial Analysis: Create actionable, data-driven recommendations that impact business decisions using internal and external data and models
Business cases: Create business cases to analyze and justify investment decisions incorporating both business and financial data
Business Partner Support: Partner with management up to the executive level to answer complex analytical business questions
Projects: Be responsible for components of business partner-led projects and lead internal projects to improve processes and operations
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong mathematical and analytical capacity
Strong Knowledge of accounting principles Advanced Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and Presentation software (Powerpoint, Google Slides)
Strong business writing
Executive communication and ability to influence
Ability to quickly gain in depth understanding of new business models
Strong understanding of MWG business models
Ability to apply AGILE practices (ScrumMaster)
EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field plus 5 years of years of business analytics, finance, accounting or audit experience or High School diploma plus 7 years of of business analytics, finance, accounting or audit experience

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $129,223.00 - Mid: $161,528.00- Max: $193,834.00-
